I appealed YouTube’s decision and politely asked for a human review. Instead, I got an automated rejection.
I explained I have Asperger’s, that I love creating content, and that I’ve never intended to break YouTube’s rules, scam anyone, deceive anyone, or manipulate anyone in any way.

No creator should be banned without real evidence of wrongdoing. Even in California, where YouTube is based, the presumption of innocence should matter unless a creator is actually charged with a crime.

@TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider @YoutubeSuppor19 @nealmohan YouTube censorship continues, I am discovering millions and millions of cases of unjustified banning of YouTube channels, including my YouTube channel TrueGaming & Reaction TV, unfair and unjustified bans of YouTubers are increasing in number. This is a mistake of the automatic system and artificial intelligence for recognizing defective content, but just mentioned before and also a mistake of gigantic ones. YouTube support and the YouTube content control team have not done their job, YouTube should do something about this.

YouTube is giving creators a hard time by illegally deleting their channels, including mine, when they don't violate any of the YouTube Community Guidelines or other YouTube platform rules. Today, a few minutes ago, I received an email from YouTube support with an evaluation of the appeal result. Support wrote me a verdict regarding the banning of my channel. They said that I would learn the details in the previous email. In my appeal, I clearly and politely asked for a human review and it was not granted. I consider this to be unprofessional behavior by support and content review. I am annoyed that the YouTube creator is screwing us and does not want to give us creators the benefit of the doubt and give everyone who has been harmed an unban and finally stop giving us creators a hard time and start treating creators as equals because the quality of the platform is what makes us creators stand and fall, and YouTube wants to have a platform for a few of the biggest creators. On the contrary, if YouTube wants to have a platform full of diversity of creators, and therefore the YouTube community rules should be simplified, this means changing and simplifying the terms of use and changing it. It was enough that what is not a violation of the law should not be included in the YouTube platform community rules, and conversely, what is a violation of the law and criminal liability arises from this, so the YouTube community rules should be punished as a violation of the rules.

Tariff start date: January 15, 2025
Scope: Pretty much everything. From German cars to Chinese drones to symbolic Antarctic fish (RIP penguin trade deals).

📉 Market Summary Since the Tariffs:

S&P 500:
Down 12.4% – Wall Street looks like someone yelled “recession party” and everyone brought panic instead of beer.
NASDAQ:
Dropped 15.1%, with tech giants crying into their tariff-laden circuit boards.
Dow Jones:
Down 10.7% – it’s like watching your grandpa try to do parkour. Not built for this.

Euro Stoxx 50:
-9.6%. Europe says “thanks, Donald,” as if it didn’t already have its hands full with inflation, energy, and existential crises.
Shanghai Composite:
-11.8%. China’s ticked off but plotting – like a Bond villain with a space program.

Nikkei 225:
-7.3%. Japan’s economy takes a hit but shrugs in stoic Zen fashion.
MSCI Emerging Markets:
-13.9%. Once the tariffs hit bananas and cheap hoodies, the world officially lost its cool.

Antarctica:
The penguins tried to sue the WTO. Their lawyer, a polar bear (who had no business in the South), argued that the tariffs on ice fish were against the Geneva Conventions.

The value of the ANTARQ fish index fell by 100%. The ice is not melting, but the wallets are.

🧠 Snarky Commentary:
Trump threw tariffs like Oprah gives away cars – “You get a tariff! You get a tariff! EVERYONE gets a tariff!” Even penguins are checking their mail for customs paperwork. Markets are sulking like heartbroken teens, gold is mooning, and Swiss francs are suddenly sexier than ever.
