Today, February 25, as Chair of the 50th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM, I am proud to lead our regional leaders and delegations as we convene in plenary to address the pressing issues facing our Caribbean Community.
This milestone meeting reflects not only our unity as a region, but also the strength of our global partnerships.
