@RussDalziel Tough topic - reminds me of the time I bumped a car in a parking lot (no damage) and couldn't let it go, even though the other driver was kind and patient with me. Yes to this -> "...recognizing your intrinsic value and striving to operate with greater wisdom and empathy..." ❤️

@cornelltsiang Ha! I can relate. I find I use my rain jacket and vest more in the spring and fall - and, even then, it's such a short few weeks that it's almost not worth having the gear... I stop and start a lot as a coach, so it's great to have when it's pouring on a long run and I'm stopped.

@SugarCraveNinja I bought a Brooks hat years ago that I love because it's got a longer brim, and the velcro on that one is nice, too! More recently, I added one from Under Armour. I have a lot of Adidas caps that I like, but the velcro on those is kind of a bummer.
