“I’d rather go back to the days when we struggled together than the days money came and tore my family apart.
After my dad’s death, we went from having it all to nothing. I saw people visit us when we were rich and leave when we fell off.”

@Dr_Biohacker Reversing fatty liver is very achievable for most people through consistent lifestyle tweaks like these.
The combination of fiber-rich foods such as sweet potatoes, regular post-meal movement, higher protein intake from eggs, black coffee for its protective compounds.
The older I get, the more I realize everything in the body is connected.
Liver health. Metabolism. Blood sugar. Heart health.
I wanted something simple that supported healthy circulation.
This became my go-to nitric oxide supplement

Fatty liver is one of the few chronic diseases that can often be reversed.
Just better habits repeated long enough for your body to recover.
Your liver is trying to save you every day.
The least we can do is stop making its job harder.
7. Eat fermented foods.
• Kefir
• Yogurt
• Kimchi
• Sauerkraut
The gut and liver are directly connected.
A healthier microbiome often supports a healthier liver.
And the next one attacks liver fat directly...
6. Drink coffee (BLACK)
Coffee is consistently associated with lower rates of liver disease and liver fibrosis.
One of the few foods liver specialists regularly recommend.
But your gut may be affecting your liver too...
5. Prioritize protein.
Chicken.
Greek yogurt.
Fish.
Lean beef.
Protein helps preserve muscle while improving insulin sensitivity.
And the next food is severely underrated...
4. Eat more eggs.
Eggs contain choline.
One of the most important nutrients for transporting fat out of the liver.
Many people with fatty liver don't get enough.
But protein in general matters too...
3. Stop drinking liquid calories (Including alcohol)
Liquid sugar reaches the liver fast.
Especially fructose.
One of the biggest contributors to fatty liver accumulation.
And fruit juice isn't much better...
I used to think weight loss was just about diet & exercise, but metabolism plays a bigger role than most people realize.
Fat loss became easy once I stopped focusing only on calories and started supporting my metabolism too.
This helped me👇

2. Walk after every meal.
A simple 10-minute walk helps lower blood sugar spikes and improves insulin sensitivity.
One of the easiest ways to reduce the burden on your liver.
But what you drink matters even more...
Sweet potatoes are rich in fiber and help support healthy blood sugar control.
Less insulin often means less fat being stored in the liver.
And that's just the beginning...
Fatty liver is now affecting 1 in 3 adults.
It destroys your metabolism, becomes diabetes, and increases your risk of heart disease.
Here’s how to fix it:
1. Eat all the sweet potatoes you can.
Within hours of being announced as the nominee to be the U.S. Director of the CIA, I received a hand-delivered message on MI6 stationery congratulating me on my nomination. It was signed simply "C" in green ink. Legendary. I shared it with my son and even he thought I was now cool!
More than that, this note, from Sir Alex Younger, Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service of the United Kingdom, confirmed what I already believed: the work that the CIA and MI6 did together mattered, that the partnership was critical, and that two leaders focused on the mission could save lives and provide tools for our nations to deter our adversaries.
Alex's passing this week brought back so many memories of our time in service together. He flew to Langley to see me the day I was confirmed. We brought our two senior teams together in the UK to plan and coordinate and build in the first several weeks of my time on duty: making clear to them all that this relationship was more than special - it was critical for the security of our two countries.
Alex was a remarkable intelligence partner. When we needed help, it wasn't "let me see;" it was "this matters to you and America we'll get it done." And he and his team always did. I think he knew we would do the same for him and his team and his nation. Many Americans are alive today because of his leadership of MI6, I never knew how to thank him enough.
Alex became a friend as well. In the years since we both left office we would see each other from time to time. He was always so kind, so thoughtful, so smart. His deep love of his country was surpassed only by his deep commitment and love of his family. Decent and proper - and funny as hell - Alex was "C." As espionage requires, he was quiet, not attention seeking. He knew what evil was and he was ruthless in his efforts to crush it with every legal tool at his command. And he knew who his friends were and committed himself to supporting them.
I miss Sir Alex Younger. He was a role model for me and a man with whom every minute I spent was valued and savored. Blessings to you Alex. Praying for you and for your family. Well done and may you rest in peace in His hands.
