I already sent them an email. I don't think it's an urgent matter for them. For a paid event, this level of silence is disappointing. Atleast a basic acknowledgment that they are looking into it is reasonable. It's been 72hrs when the incident happened and no communication has been sent out. 🙄🤦🏻♀️
Another thing that's not sitting well with me is the team sending updates for a merchandise matter, yet there has been no statement regarding a fire incident that resulted in an evacuation and medical attention for some attendees. Safety concerns deserve at least the same, if not greater, level of communication and urgency.
@misyL115@felipsuperior The team is likely best positioned to provide clarification about what occurred. Until an incident report or official statement is released, it is difficult to draw firm conclusions, and any interpretations remain preliminary.
The Sulfur event would've been more fun if there was no event of emergency evacuation at the end. The stage effect was a complete fire hazard. I understand that they gave the guidelines about the risk but it could've been avoided and handled better.
@michecocoberry_@SkeriSunako Please don't take this one statement alone as proof of what actually happened. This doesn't speak for the experience of each and every fan who were at the venue.
@nicolefestejo__@aikahh They should still release a formal statement about what happened. Some people already left the venue and don't have access to relevant information when it was only communicated verbally to some people. Sorry if I keep on tagging you @BEAtoot.
@mnireina It pisses me off that some kept insisting that it is in the guidelines. Not considering how dangerous the suffocation from that incident is. It could easily make people unconscious. Not because some were able to still attend the after party means that it's ok. It is totally not.
@keunified It's unacceptable. I hope that this could be looked into. A statement of what actually happened can help instead of fans giving different narratives @BEAtoot@teamfelip
