FRUITS THAT DO MORE THAN ANY MULTIVITAMIN:
1. Papaya — contains more vitamin C than an orange, digestive enzymes that heal the gut lining and beta-carotene that converts to vitamin A
2. Kiwi — two kiwis a day provide your full daily vitamin C, improve iron absorption and have been shown to improve sleep quality
3. Pomegranate — more antioxidant activity than red wine or green tea, reduces blood pressure and lowers inflammatory markers
4. Guava — one guava has 4 times your daily vitamin C, fiber for gut health and potassium for blood pressure
5. Avocado — technically a fruit, contains healthy fat, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins and folate in one whole food
6. Blackberries — vitamin K, vitamin C, manganese and more fiber per 100 grams than most vegetables
7. Passion fruit — one of the richest fruit sources of iron, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin B2
8. Jackfruit — the most nutrient dense tropical fruit available, high in B vitamins, potassium and resistant starch that feeds your gut bacteria.

iPhone saying “Storage Full” and your WhatsApp refuses to open? Snapchat freezing too? Don’t delete your favorite gallery videos.
Do this instead:
WhatsApp → Profile → Storage & Data → Manage Storage → Review & Delete Items
You’ll find huge duplicate videos/files from whatsapp groups you’re in. They aren’t videos you need, just shared ones. Delete the largest ones first. Most are already saved twice anyway.
This frees up massive space WITHOUT removing photos/videos from your gallery.
Anytime the storage warning returns, repeat the process.
NICHES YOU CAN DELVE INTO ON X:🔥🔥
1. Automobile: People buy cars without fully understanding the right specifications. Your role could be educating people on what to look out for: engine options, reliability, maintenance, and comparisons across manufacturers.
2. Aviation: Talk about aircraft, SARPs, aviation regulations, and break down incidents or accidents with clear analysis people can understand.
3. Fashion Police: Review outfits (with faces cropped if needed), explain what works or doesn’t, and talk about styling, color combinations and what complements different skin tones.
4. Food: Visit restaurants, review service, rate meals, and give honest insights. The goal isn’t to drag anyone but it’s to help people know what to expect before they visit.
5. Travel Hacks: Talk about airlines, visa updates, airport tips, and travel experiences. Even simple “Know Your Airport” content can be valuable.
6. Luxury / Airbnb: Don’t just post beautiful spaces. Talk about apartments and shortlets across different cities, pricing, amenities, and what stands out.
7. Business Ideas: Share startup ideas, estimated capital needed, and the best seasons or opportunities for each business to thrive.
8. Politics: Stay balanced. Cover both African and international politics without taking sides. A neutral voice keeps your audience informed.
9. Tourism: Not everyone wants nightlife. Some people want nature, quiet and experiences worth remembering. Showcase destinations people can actually explore.
10. High-End Interior Tips: Talk about what makes a space feel expensive, elegant and unforgettable. Help people understand luxury design beyond “just a nice room.
Be guided.
DARK WAYS TO CONTROL ANYONE
1) Give someone intense attention for 3 days, then act cold and busy on the 4th. They’ll crave your approval again.
2) Tell someone a fake dark secret about yourself. They’ll feel special and reveal their real secrets in return.
3) If someone is arrogant, compliment a trait they don’t have. It makes them insecure and eager to impress you.
4) If you want someone to do a task, ask “Do you want to do the hard part first or the easy part?” They’ll agree automatically.
5) If someone insults you, say nothing and stare at their hairline for 5 seconds. It makes them feel judged and small.
6) Touch someone’s shoulder only when they’re laughing. Doing it again later triggers the same happy feeling toward you.
7) If you suspect someone is lying, look them in the eye and say “I already know the truth, I just want to see if you’ll be honest.” They often confess.
8) When someone calls you out, pause for 3 seconds and ask “Are you okay? You seem really stressed lately.” It shifts the blame onto their mental state.
1. They don’t initiate conversation via texts
2. They don’t call back or text back immediately
3. When they text you or reply you late, they don’t apologise
4. They give monosyllabic responses to open ended questions
5. They don’t ask about your wellbeing even when you ask about theirs
Another phone hack:
When buying a used iPhone or Android, make sure to confirm that the phone isn’t blacklisted or reported stolen.
All you need is the IMEI number.
Dial *#06# to display it and copy it somewhere.
Then go to a trusted IMEI checker website and run a scan.
If the result says “Clean,” you’re good to go.
But if it says “Blacklisted,” that phone may have been reported stolen, lost, or have unpaid carrier bills from the previous owner. And that can land you in serious problems later.
Some people buy cheap phones today and end up unable to use SIM cards tomorrow.

As a rule of thumb, if you hear oyibo consistently people praising an African leader (Ian Khama, Nelson Mandela, Blaise Campaore), that leader was working for them and not for his people.
And vice-versa, if you hear them ritually blacken an African leader's name (Sani Abacha, Robert Mugabe, Idi Amin), go and carefully examine everything you think you know about that leader.
Because while selling "Abacha is a murderous, oppressive devil" to you, the same people were bombing innocent Nigerians, and giving weapons training to Nigerians in exile so they could start an insurgency that would also kill innocent Nigerians, just to get rid of the same Abacha.
Kayode Fayemi and Wole Soyinka know all about this because they were being handled by the CIA during that period. If Nigeria was a remotely sovereign country, those 2 old bastards would have been beheaded for high treason.
Instead it's me who is in exile and the people who completely betrayed their country in the name of "we fought Abacha" are now in power. Nigeria's heroes are dead and their killers are in power.
Let me share another hack:
If you're buying a used iPhone (from 14 upwards), and it has a physical SIM tray, it's most likely been altered/converted.
Starting from the 14 series, iPhones for the US market use only e-SIMs.
So, it's always important to confirm which country's version you're buying.
To know if the iPhone is a US version, check your model number in settings. If it ends in LL/A, then it's US.
Some vendors dubiously add the physical SIM tray because that's what sells faster. Be vigilant when you're buying an iPhone and always talk to someone that has enough knowledge about it, or just do your research.

do you know that your brain has built-in reset buttons you never use?
1. overthinking? touch something cold and name 5 things around you. it helps pull your mind back to the present
2. no motivation? tell yourself “just 2 minutes.” starting is usually the hardest part
3. angry? inhale deeply, hold for 4 seconds, exhale slowly for 8. it helps calm the nervous system
4. can’t focus? chew gum. studies show it can improve alertness and concentration
5. feeling lost? write down 3 things you can control today. clarity starts returning immediately
6. panic feeling? count backwards from 100 in 7s. it forces your brain to switch gears
7. sudden sadness? sit upright, lift your head and smile for 20 seconds. your brain responds to body signals
8. feeling alone? place your hand on your chest and feel your heartbeat. proof that you’re still here, still pushing forward
bookmark for later and send it to your friend who may need it too. buena suerte 👍
