@bobbiechatt As far as I’m aware it has traditionally had something to do with ‘billing’ - a ‘name’ would play the role that bows last.
For some roles like Fagin one could argue it is the biggest part, but I agree about Kim & Peggy!
Not to do with ‘men’ per se!
