I know I don't speak for all neurodivergents, but I can speak for myself. I want to be a voice for those who feel they don't have one.
I want people to understand even on my best days I can still have sensory overload and an #ADHD meltdown.
I hate eye contact and physical contact
Being an empath is difficult. Living in today's world is difficult. It's ok to cry and be upset and be angry. It's also important to collect your emotions and your thoughts. Reconnect with others and find ways to enjoy your life.

As empaths, we are highly sensitive people. Sometimes you have to learn to ignore conversations that others have. People may not realize that talking about politics in a highly descriptive manor is distressing. It can make your body physically hurt. Your heart can physically ache
8. Take responsibility. You can't blame the world for your emotions and actions. The world will never accommodate empaths, it's impossible. I've been labeled as a snowflake by family because of my emotions and being overly sensitive, but you just have to ignore that if it happens

I was officially diagnosed with #PCOS today by my primary doc. I now have an explanation as to why I have had issues with my periods as well as weight gain. Losing weight is so hard for me and I've hated how my body looked since 4th grade. Any other #ADHDers with PCOS? #askADHD
I've started to believe I may be autistic. I don't want it to seem like I'm attention seeking and just trying to gain another diagnosis but it really would just make sense. I'm scared to become possibly diagnosed and how my family would react. #askADHD#Adhd#autism#autismadhd
I'm having an emotional moment right now. I'm in tears because I never truly had a childhood. I was abused, neglected, mistreated, bullied and forced to grow up quickly. Even now memories of my childhood haunt me no matter how much I try to forgive and forget. Do I have #PTSD?
