@cardiffcouncil Thanks for replying - the link at the bottom isn't to a strategy, it's to a scrutiny committee paper. The Newsroom piece suggests the strategy is already published, is that not the case?

Thinking about when I read NME and the Gallagher brothers were quoted as saying 'fook' and I didn't understand what that meant because I say Us like they do. Sounds pointless but these things do matter.
