#Firstgreatwesterntrains are charging customers double ticket prices when machines fail to print entire tickets. Nice company ethics

[Emily Evans @EmilyEvan5]

Don't use @FGW ticket machines to collect tickets, last night they were faulty and first great western made me buy an entire new set

[Emily Evans @EmilyEvan5]

Shame on @FGW charging me twice for £64 tickets when machine failed to print all 5despite having proof of purchase and reservation tickets
