BoE Governor goes much further than his previous public statement on Brexit.

Bailey said that the changed relationship with the EU had “weighed” on the economy.

It's bizarre isn't it. Dubai has no income tax, usually no CGT, no inheritance tax and 5% VAT. Surely if you wanted to live there for tax reasons you would have done it already? Does a rise in CGT on shares and IHT on farmland and pensions really tip the balance?
