Mai'n boenus gwrando ar arweinydd @CyngorGwynedd yn siarad ar @NewyddionS4C . Dal i warchod aelodau a staff, ac awgrymu ma dim ond edrych ar prosesau a strategaethau sydd angen heb sicrhau bod newidiadau syfaenol yn cael eu gwneud. Lle ma nhw wedi bod am flwyddyn?
40 mlynedd o droseddu.
A neb yn gweld dim na dweud dim.
Bron fel pe bae Sicily wedi
cyrraedd Gwynedd.
Ac Omerta yn teyrnasu yma.
Ai dylanwad y Masons oedd yn
gwarchod Foden.
Dros yr holl flynyddoedd hyn?
Maen nhw dal ar waith hyd yn oed
yn 2025.
Hyd yn oed o fewn Cyngor Gwynedd.
Anodd profi hynny wrth gwrs.
Ond fan leiaf rwan.
Bydd angen cael atebolrwydd brys
am yr erchyllter hwn.
Pwy fydd y cyntaf i syrthio ar ei gleddyf?

"Hiding in Plain Sight".
The title of the book about Jimmy
Savile's modus operandi.
For so many years.
Neil Foden's crimes might not be at
the same level as Savile's.
But the same principle at work.
Being seen, being known but yet
not reported.
Emboldened and entrenched his behaviour.
To just brazen levels of power flexing.
This is such a sorry tale in so many ways.
Cyngor Sir Gwynedd has been a beacon
for the national movement in Wales
for so many years.
The first council in Wales to really take the Welsh language seriously
and to make Welsh its working language.
But perhaps we placed it on too
high a pedestal.
It was still just a County Council after all.
As prone to power plays, corruption
and wrongdoing as any other
other council.
And now horribly exposed.
As we learn this was a 40 year
abuse process.
Which featured 52 missed opportunities to hold Foden to account.
All missed. Even spurned.
So many questions yet to be answered.
Why the Omerta concerning Foden for so many years?
What was the hold he had over people?
Was it the Masons protecting him?
You'd be surprised at the level of influence
these people still have.
Even here in Welsh-speaking Wales.
And the biggest question of all perhaps.
When are we going to see.
Some high profile resignations....
For this litany of safeguarding failure?

Ymateb gwan iawn gan @CyngorGwynedd a @RhunapIorwerth i adroddiad Foden. Diwedd i'r blaid yng Gwynedd heb newid mawr i'r berthynas glos rhwng cynghorwyr, swyddogion a chymdeithasau allanol.
A billionaire “King” who doesn’t pay taxes, is immune to the law, owns inherited palaces, castles & land because his ancestors took them by force arrives in a limo at a Food Bank for poor people who can’t afford to feed themselves or their kids.
Just another day in Absurdistan.
DID YOU KNOW❓
The @RoyalFamily charge the RNLI in the Scilly Isles for the lifeboats crossing 'their' beaches when they are launched.
So when lives are saved there, by a #charity, the royal family get money from it.
Are you OK with this❓
@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@campbellclaret Question: Why do you think it is that following the Channel 4 Dispatches revelations regarding the royal family, that the BBC avoids the subject and increases coverage of non stories about them this week?
The @BBCNEWS seems to think that its viewers are more interested in the passing of American musician Quincy Jones at 91 than the skulduggery going on with the English monarchy that was shockingly revealed by the Channel 4 programme #dispatches.
BBC = Unbelievable & Shameless! 🤨
Feudalism in 21st Century Britain.
Royal landlord Prince William said he wanted to end homelessness.
But he’s banking a fortune renting mouldy, hard to heat houses that don't even meet basic standards. https://t.co/SezWPI6pNK
The English monarchy acts like a mafia, syphoning money from every corner of the UK. Its corruption and greed are common knowledge. So why do some🏴 political parties support or play it safe and maintain a neutral position on the monarchy when it's undemocratic and so immoral?
Watching @C4Dispatches & this is shocking stuff. The Royal Family is a mafia organisation. They’re making money from literally every corner of British society, military, NHS, charities, dead people … you name it & with zero transparency.
#ThatFamily#Channel4Dispatches
The Royal Family embodies everything that's rotten about our society: class privilege, snobbery, deference, stasis, self-delusion. They are the keystone in a vast edifice of class privilege. Until we #abolishthemonarchy we will struggle to be a normal, decent society. #dispatches
