@vicky_dollysmom I had this happen to me on a group holiday with my child. Every meal they wanted to split and me to pay in for twice, paying equal split for me and a again for my 3 year old. Incidentally one of the group was into bodybuilding and had 3 or 4 courses each time. Never again.

@roxiqt For the answer to stop this horrendous illness which affects mostly women!!! . CGRP have helped but there isn’t enough research. I have lost my career (21 years in).
If anyone doesn’t believe that migraines exist then they truly the luckiest people and very privileged 5/5

@roxiqt It’s well known that this happens particularly to women. Very often when they hit peri menopause and the oestrogen drops. I am also sensitive to progesterone and get migraines if I use the contraceptive pill.
This has been happening to me for 2 years. 3

@roxiqt I record every migraine on the ‘migraine buddy’ app. I have been in every preventative and every medication that is available. The best that I have gotten is down to 15-17 per month instead of the 25+ which had become my normal existence. Like many of you I am still looking 4
