"Be careful of participating in the discussions on controversial topics."

This is so important! As a business, it's good to keep your name out of politics and away from personal beliefs.

X Corp is being sued due to changing Twitter's name to X. I think that this is interesting and could have been avoided had Elon Musk looked into whether or not the new name would contradict other companies!

After reading chapter 1, one of the biggest takeaways for me would be that social media isn't just for the young. When you think about it, we are surrounded by people of all ages on social media.
Take advantage of this!
