@bumbleandbumble, I have so far spent over 2 hours trying to contact customer services both via telephone and live chat without success. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and its still not arrived! How can I get this resolved

@classymannix @bumbleandbumble @bumbleandbumble I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order, I have spent 20 minutes on live chat waiting for a response and an hour and 12 mins trying to get through on the phone lines without success. As a first time customer this is not great. Can someone help please

@piersmorgan @missgemcollins You know the people who troll must have very little to do- try spending time learning new skills, building people up instead of knocking them down. Get a more productive hobby...we have enough misery with covid. Just be kind !!!
