2/2 … instead start small, deliver some real value and learning and be ok with the platform that emerges and constantly evolves to beat meet a range of needs … rather than hanging on to the vision you had in your head about how it should work

1/2 All this platform stuff is maybe complex, often over complicated and ultimately emergent..we’ve some great agile values, principles and practices to support all that… too often it’s big design/plans up front… and a need to transform every service in parallel and quick…

@tomskitomski Thanks! Anything anyone can do to promote us at the moment is desperately needed. Loosing almost everyone I recruited in the past 4 years to suppliers, who then sell them back at twice the price. Hybrid currently 40% in and we’re being very flexible, pushing to do the right thing

@aaronjaffery Is this more complex than it needs to be? How much would be solved through a universal basic income? Have we made an industry out of tax and spend? What other choices do we have? What would we gain or loose from different ways of supporting / guiding our citizens?

@SEZANE_PARIS I was lured by the lovely website and friends to buy from you... unfortunately it was all huge for my 5ft frame.. I returned straight away.. Weeks later you issue a partial refund... I never even tried the stuff on! And one was all marked from the tag!! Come on.
