@cineworld had unlimited for 2 years had to change to digital and have contacted you to retain my black card and I just get no reply.. highly frustrating
@StrandPalace after queuing for an hour to try and book an accessible room, being told I am in a queue and someone will be with me I gave up. Phoned the operator and you are closed! Maybe a message to say opening times of booking line would be helpful. very frustrating

@HalifaxBank looking to open a joint account. Spoke on the phone and was told someone from the branch would call me. No call, no way of booking. Looking at taking all of my business elsewhere where I can easily make an appointment to do this. Very disappointing. Please help
@HalifaxBank So should we be able to do this without visiting the branch? This is not what one of your colleuges told us. She tried to book an appointment as it said there were none available. She then said she would message the branch and ask them to make contact as I said but they have not

@HalifaxBank Very confusing. We spoke on the phone and they told us we had to book an appointment. Yes we both have the same surname and live at the same address. I phoned again tonight before ten and it said no one can take my call and then it ended. Get seriously demotivated
