@ao very annoyed and disappointed with AO service. initial delivery & installation should have been on 03.12 but they cxxd on the day and rescheduled to 06.12. had confirmation last night waited in ALL DAY today and its not turned up. not even an email to update us

@NatWest_Help please explain if I am self isolating how I can deposit a cheque. on your website it's still encouraging me to leave the house to post it to you? other banks have set up schemes where you can scan your cheque onto your mobile banking app?
