@ClacksCouncil Uniform ordering cut off dates for some companies is before this date. Ie BE uniforms is17th July for guaranteed delivery for start of term. Could you look at this for next year to be earlier to help parents ?

@FirstScotland But to cancel two going through the same area is poor planning through different busses. Now an added expense of a taxi when I already have a weekly ticket to get my son on time to a young carers event.

@FirstScotland Trying to get into Stirling the 51 and 38 are cancelled leaving the 9:40 from bannockburn to Stirling running but the time I get that if it’s on time and walk will be late. Now having to get a taxi instead as the 9:20 38 is cancelled and the 51 due at 9:29 on app not running

@FirstScotland My Apple Pay works everywhere else but first bus. Always declines and yes always funds in the bank for it and have checked with the bank they didn’t decline it First bus did.

@FirstScotland I’m still waiting on a reply to my complaint. Said I would get a free all day ticket after problems with my 5 day bundle ticket. You gave me a free child zone A when mine was an Adult zone B. This has been going on for weeks now.

@FirstScotland Hi I had someone offer to give me something as an apology from you via DM and despite trying to chase this up 3 times no one has got back to me. Very poor show. If it wasn’t a necessity for my job to provide care I would go elsewhere but there are no other bus companies I can use
