@sainsburys is it true that if one places an order with you via a 3rd party such as Uber Eats that is not for you to resolve should it transpire that it was Sainsbury's that packed entirely the wrong order?

Apparently according to your customer service staff the policy doesn't allow for customers to complain about such matters. Beggars belief really. Order from Just Eat if you want to to be shouted at and chastised.
@Tinderbox_Cafe embarrassed. He was then flung a cup of scalding hot tea where the lid wasn't on properly. Disinterested unpleasnt staff, unprepared to show any decent customer service to anyone least of all an individual who may have required additional support. Pitiful.
@Tinderbox_Cafe at your kiosk at QueenSt Station Glasgow today. Pretty unpleasant experience where customers were directed to block in a young wheelchair user who had to face the 'wrong ' way from the queuing side for ease of movement. Poor chap felt awkward as hell and
