How heartbreaking is it that a sick a young boy has to come online and plead for medical treatment? His video begins:

“Hey Daddy, I hope you’re doing well. This time, it’s not school fees. Please help me with my hospital bills. I beg you, I don’t want to die. I’ve gone through multiple surgeries, and my mum is not stable at all.”
