Contractor started the construction on October last year but he’s never seen again on ground.

It’s Friday night! The usual neighborhood nuisance is flexing the base and playing music for us all to hear.
Noise pollution is pure torture!
What I don’t get is why no elected Nairobi official/leader has spoken out? Not one?!!!
And I’m told it’s worse in other parts of town.
