Day 2 of track camp @Harding_Track got off to a great breakfast at Chick-fil-a, followed by weight training and event work #longjump, and now to fuel up with lunch at Rib Crib (and 7Brew)

The first day of @Harding_Track camp was different then I’m used to, but I loved getting to work and be critiqued by college level coaches/athletes. We ended the day with a devotional learning about how my mind, body, and spirit help support me everyday!
