Finally, it is my turn to start my #GoGreenESTRO2023 journey from Amsterdam to Vienna by train. It is bittersweet for me, as this also marks the end of my research stay at NKI/AVL. Thank you for having me, i am going to miss all of my new colleagues and friends! 🌸

The national Danish radiotherapy plan database is pretty cool! CTs, plans, structurea, dose distributions for >13k patients. Upload directly from local TPS, web tools for large scale dose analyses & QA, and option to link to clinical data through national ID numbers #NACP2023

And this sort of setup allows you to analyse dose to OARs for 7000+ breast cancer patients - with some large scale use of deep learning autosegmentation #NACP2023

I feel incredible lucky to be able to work with the DBCG RT Nation dataset, and to present some of our results at #NACP2023. ✨ It wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration across DK through #DBCG and my supervisor @stinekorreman and Co-supervisor @BOffersen .🙏🏻
