I wanted to say something clever and witty today...But just like Elvis, my brain seems to have the left the building.
That said, I’m hoping this week brings the right mix of progress, patience, & small wins.
And if not, at least good latte ( not matcha) and a sense of humor 😉

Looking for an SQL ninja who is based in Lagos. Ideally the person has used SQL extensively their role(s) at a companies or teams that have a high bar for excellence. Bonus if they communicate very well.
Do you know this person? Please tag them (or DM their contact information).
3️⃣ Set Boundaries: Remember, not every email needs a reply, and not every meeting needs to happen.Prioritise, delegate, or defer.
4️⃣ Pace Yourself: January isn't a sprint. Protect your energy, & don't forget to take breaks.

“Let's circle back in the New Year."
Well, here we are, January has arrived.
To be fair, I didn't specify which part of the new year, February counts too, right?🤪
Why are you in a hurry?
So, how do we tackle the January chaos without burning out?
1️⃣ Triage the Inbox: Not all emails are urgent. Flag what truly needs action and let the rest marinate.
2️⃣ Break It Down: Got a big project? Break it into smaller, manageable steps. Its less overwhelming and you make more progress.

Here’s what’s on my radar:
* Growing as a public speaker.
* Sharing about #digitalhealth tech.
* Helping people transition into #techcareers
P.S: Those journals? They’re where I pour my #gratitude, prayers, and occasional rants. Best therapy ever - zero judgment, just ink
This is your gentle reminder that it's time to “circle back in the new year.” 😂
Speaking of circling back, let me skip the usual #2024recap. The most important thing is - I survived. It was a wild, growth-filled year, and I’m grateful for every challenge and lesson it brought.
As I look ahead to 2025, I’m reminded that it’s not just about the goals I set, it’s about the process. The daily habits, the small improvements, and the systems I build are what truly make the difference.
This year, I’m showing up consistently, even if it’s messy.
I led a workshop in Scotland, guiding 27 students as they designed a learning app to build tech skills.
I was impressed with their curiosity, and teamwork. Many left with a clearer understanding of diverse tech careers & newfound confidence

Last week, I moderated a Women in Data panel with @MerlinEntsNews at the London Eye. fun fact: it took seven years to build @THORPEPARK’s Hyperia rollercoaster!
I also joined a She Bytes Back event at @depop HQ. Both reminded me of the incredible power of community
