@teslascope I did notice a change on Intel HW3. The steering wheel is always moving going down the freeway. Like a human would drive an old car with loose steering linkage. It used to stay steady.

@photojoseph Normally yes. But in this case the SW update prevents a HW failure from occurring. There were many failures of a computer board before the SW update was released. Those failures require a physical repair. The NHTSA forced a recall because the backup camera is required.
