Hey @BBCWatchdog care to investigate how @boohoo are continuing to charge for a service that they know they cannot currently fulfil due to ‘severe delays with Hermes’. Lots of unhappy customers on my Twitter feed, mainly young women.

When @boohoo fail to deliver your outfit for a funeral when you’ve paid £4.99 for next day delivery with no offer of a refund until pushed and then all that’s offered is £1.00 👍👏🏻
