@Ciel2114 Yeah antibiotics weaken my pelvic floor at first cuz of the diarrhea and then I have a 20 day prednisone course which also contributes to incontinence apparently 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the heat is making me even more dehydrated though :/?

@Samanth18984539 I was doing pelvic floor physio for a bit because of weak pelvic muscles I guess I stopped because of the cost but I’m gonna have to start doing it again. I’m glad it helped you 🫂❤️
