A woman accused a Rapido driver of harassment when he asked for money.
Imagine if he didn't record it; she would say he tried to rape her.
Why are women like this?
Will she face any punishment?
A woman came to the Supreme Court to claim alimony in divorce.
She lost the divorce case on the grounds of adultery.
Shamelessly, she came to the Supreme Court after a couple of years to claim alimony as a reward for her own adultery.
And moreover, when the Court dismissed the case, the counsel started crying about her having kids.
This is how women use kids to grab money like real ‘gold diggers’.
First they get into affairs and don’t care about the future of their kids, and when caught, they claim rewards citing the kids.
(Disclaimer- Don’t get lured by claims of advocates that you as husband can prove adultery of wife & get alimony free divorce, its rarest of the rare)
Priya dated Rahul. They had lots of consensual sex.
They both prepared for UPSC.
Rahul becomes IAS, Priya fails.
He breaks up with her - Rape on the pretext of marriage.
Priya becomes IAS, Rahul fails.
She breaks up with him - No rape.
This is the reality of biased laws.
“Judges are servants of the people.”
One sentence.
And suddenly the entire establishment is uncomfortable.
In a democracy, no public office is above scrutiny—not MPs, not ministers, not bureaucrats, and certainly not judges.
A judge’s chair is not a throne.
A courtroom is not a kingdom.
Power without accountability is arrogance.
Respect is earned through fair, transparent, and consistent justice—not demanded through status or contempt proceedings.
When ordinary citizens lose years of their lives in endless litigation, when contradictory judgments raise questions, and when accountability is resisted, people will speak. Silencing criticism does not restore faith in the judiciary; delivering timely and impartial justice does.
The Constitution made every public institution answerable to the people. No one is above criticism. No one is above accountability.
If you are shocked by this judgment…
It simply shows you don’t know what the law actually says.
And worse, you don’t even want to understand it.
Learn the difference between rape, sexual assault, and eve-teasing before reacting to headlines.
Not every act is legally classified as rape. The law distinguishes between penetration, sexual assault, and other offences—and those distinctions matter.
If you ignore those differences and call everything “rape,” you only weaken the credibility of genuine victims and meaningful public debate.
Read the law first. Then form an opinion.
If you still don’t agree, You are the dumbest fellow on earth!
How many of you have witnessed judges throwing case files onto the floor?
For them, it’s just another file.
For you, it’s your life.
Your family.
Your future.
Your years.
Your hard-earned money.
The difference in what that file means to each side is the real tragedy of the system.
After 18 years of marriage, a couple who lived together for barely 2–3 months and remained separated for over 15 years were granted divorce by the Supreme Court.
The Court held that persistent refusal of marital companionship by the wife and an irretrievably broken marriage amount to cruelty. Keeping a "dead", "stale and frozen" relationship alive only prolongs mental agony and denies both parties the opportunity to lead a free and fulfilling life.

What was the punishment given to her for misusing the laws which caused the state to investigate the false case with public money and wasting precious court time.
Just think again…!
A man and his parents died… Wife survived.
Something fishy…!! 🤔
Reverse the situation—— Its a dowry bride burning death.
That’s gender equality for you..!
Every year, thousands of men disappear.
Not from war.
Not from natural disasters.
Not from terrorism.
They disappear inside their own homes, their own marriages, their own lives.
According to NCRB, 83,713 married men d!ed by su!cide in 2022.
That is more than double the number of married women.
Yet when a husband breaks down, society tells him to be stronger.
When a father is drowning, society tells him to be silent.
When a man says he is suffering, society tells him to man up.
And when he finally gives up, he becomes a statistic.
The tragedy is not that these men d!ed.
The tragedy is how normal their de@ths have become.
NCRB tells us how many men are gone.
It does not tell us how many were fighting false allegations.
It does not tell us how many were trapped in endless matrimonial litigation.
It does not tell us how many lost access to their children.
It does not tell us how many were carrying burdens nobody around them could see.
Those stories never make it into the report.
The country counts the bodies.
Nobody counts the suffering.
83,713 husbands are gone.
The question is not whether there is a crisis.
The question is why so many people still refuse to see it.

Many will get angry from her post..
But the post itself shows she is herself frustrated from her own acts and now she is gonna get into a guilt mode where no producer is gonna give her any Work.
That’s a bigger punishment than sending her to jail.

It's a crime for men to get married in India.
Another child was deleted by a woman in an illicit relationship.
I repeat women in illicit relations should not be given custody or caretaking of the child/children.
The whole media went ballastic on #Twisha case but no whisper on such crimes against innocent children.
One of the reasons why China is emerging as a global superpower…
While China is focused on economic growth, technological innovation, manufacturing, infrastructure and national competitiveness, India is busy pushing gender politics at the cost of harassing and alienating its men.
The result?
China is racing ahead in technology, exports, productivity and global influence.
Meanwhile, India is wasting its energy creating a system where honest men are treated as suspects and families are broken for incentives.
A nation cannot become a superpower by weakening half of its population.
You don’t build a strong country by fighting men.
You build it by empowering every citizen equally.
If anything goes wrong in a marriage,
She can go back to her parents’ house.
She can ask for alimony and get a financial refund for the years spent in the marriage.
But what about the man?
Where should he go after losing his family, his home, his peace, and what he spent his entire life building?
Why is he penalised for a marriage that failed?
If marriage is a partnership, then why are only one person’s sacrifices counted and compensated?
A failed marriage impacts both.
Yet the system often treats one as a victim and the other as a wallet.
