This is especially useful for skills like Drunken Poet -> Dragon's Breath or certain weapon skills.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone to play high elo unless it's literally your job, it's an absolutely atrocious experience and emerald is genuinely a better place, believe it or not.

Been over 2 minutes and he hasn't moved, yet riot does nothing.
We are apparently allowed to be 1000+LP challenger, pro player and just grief, int or go afk in games with 0 punishment ever.
I love high elo soloq, riot games for sure cares about integrity.

you sit in 30+ minute queue and just play slots simulator cause someone will die once and go afk. it's so disgusting that the game is in this state and riot doesn't care.
