@Carnatio_ @KamikazeStuka or medication. Though with ≈4-6 cycles skipped I would imagine it would have to be severe enough for one to be aware of it being the cause. Anyhow, unless you have a history of menstrual issues you do have amenorrhea and I would highly advise a doctors visit.

@Carnatio_ @KamikazeStuka Avoiding the doctor is unfortunately relatable but contradictory as it will lead to conditions becoming more serious which will result in having to spend longer at the doctor.
The only non-illness related causes I can think off the top of my head would be stress, over exercising-
