Jawan’s opening day ffs were around 33L maybe.

@BrijwaSRKman Jawan was easier cause it differed from Pathaan in a way that switched SRK from the urban action superstar zone to a more massy single screen appealing one. Jawan was also exciting from the first moment with the announcement promo. King is more lukewarm in that area.

@BrijwaSRKman Comeback factor worked cause SRK was down & then in 2021 the media turned his personal life into a circus. Stage was set for Pathaan.

King doesn’t have that now, SRK is back at the top. SRK in action is not unique, he gave 2 ATBBs in that genre which are still fresh in minds.

Now we’re looking at a repetitive avg movie. People want better from SRK now.

Pathaan was a special SRK comeback where everyone was rooting for him and it had the most ground level hype for a movie since Bahubali 2.

Jawan had SRK star power, amazing promos, mass appeal, good WOM.

King will only have star power IMO.
