What a joke the #ULEZExpansion is-I apply to the #scrappagesceme as soon as it opened rejected today based on sole trader evidence-even though I sent a letter from my accountant as asked.Oh and you have to scrap your van and wait 30 days for payment?I’ll sit at home then yeah?
