Colorectal cancer refers to cancer of the colon or rectum, and it is more common in men than in women. According to a study published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology in 2015, women have a higher risk of acquiring right-sided colon cancer (the more aggressive variety).
The following are the three main symptoms of bowel cancer:
