@DonatasJab fair, the fundamentals haven't changed. good content, links, patience. what's changing is where the answer shows up. when someone asks ChatGPT "best dentist near me", it names 2-3 businesses, not 10 blue links. same SEO work, but now you also want to be the one it mentions.

most try staff first. someone covers lunch, someone stays late. it works for a few weeks, then breaks: sick days, turnover, overtime costs. the after-6 calls never get covered at all. a system that answers and books every call is cheaper than one extra shift. are you running a practice or working with them?
