@ruincrest Employers would clock that I’m introverted if I didn’t mask well enough. Then I wouldn’t land the job. It took a lot of good acting and pretending to land my first retail job, but you really need a good work/life balance to not experience major burnout, sadly.

@CarStan1114 My mom who’s in her 70’s still struggles with the key pad at stores, especially if it requires touching the screen for different options. She BARELY knows how to use her smart phone. She’s just too used to her old ways. I feel like the elderly are being phased out with tech.
