@J_County Not convinced I see thrombus in the right heart. Valve area is thickened but same echogenicity as heart tissue. Plus RV is smaller than LV so I would say massive MI and cardio genie shock. Spicy pick COVID myocarditis.

I’ve now intubated four COVID-19 patients. I learned from my first: if you have time, and you likely do, allow family members to visit with the patient. Possibly the last chance they will ever have to say I love you #COVID19
