Our 2021 #GrenacheNoir harvest is undergoing barrel #fermentation, after the bunches have been de-stemmed and the berries slightly crushed. Fermentation in #barrels has the advantage of adding early wood integration, creating a wine with refined #tannins and a complex bouquet.
