@LRoar_Pod As I mentioned his tactis are often too safe and we are playing pretty defensive even against much weaker sides and 95% of his success comes from Kvaratskhelia and some other young players with potential.

His usual tactic is 3-5-2/5-3-2 and one of the strikers was Kvaratskhelia who is a winger. If I had to compare Sagnol with someone who is a international manager he would be definitely Southgate-often dodgy callups/lineups,usually dodgy tactical decisions too
