@_MissLilley Hey. I’m working with a Year 1 class of 6 children, all non-speaking. Just having to pitch things in a different way. Inputs are a bit of struggle but Pinterest is my best friend for all things sensory/messy/fine motor. 😂

Has anybody else ever gone from mainstream to SEN teaching? I honestly don’t have a clue what I’m doing with my planning etc. My anxiety is horrific tonight because I haven’t got a clue what I’m doing 😔

You’re not officially a teacher unless someone you live with has told you that they’re not one of the children in your class and you can’t speak to them like that.

Hi all,
Mr Anderson is leaving us at the end of this week, taking early retirement. We’re not buying him a gift as he will be returning on 12th of April to do exactly the same job but on £80 a day supply teacher rate. This should save us around £20k a year. Win win.
