Remove handsigns on ALL airpalms on ALL Jokeis
Make 1st mode C spec of arahaki and regular jokei last forever but with the cost of chi drain

@rin19562797 @OneBunmi @CaribVros I literally main tai and byakugan with no weapons and yet I wont complain if they ever do that change. As long as everyone has gcd, the fights would be more equal instead of one way 450k hp being depleted lmaoo

@OneBunmi @rin19562797 @CaribVros Mad cuz bad. I literally main tai (All R through H keys) are tai with 1 or 2 elemental jutsus and Id be fine with having gcd on all tai. Its better to have it equal instead of one way combos
