With sad hearts, SpiderOak today announced Encryptr will be discontinued on 2021-03-04. For details on exporting your data and alternative apps please see https://t.co/mMA6nINbEm
@Satishd90430106 Yes, you'll need to use the desktop app to download your data. Details at https://t.co/LFG9QmdiPt. Please note that the Encryptr server is only turned on during the weekend.
@cristobal_Ido No, there's not a mechanism to do that. Your data on our servers is encrypted and after we finally wind down the service completely all of that data on the servers will be deleted permanently. There's not any action needed on your part.
@AConnectedHome1 @AstronomerXI The server will be back on during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday, US central time). We'll continue doing this as long as people need us to.

@tcallen07 Sorry about that. I updated https://t.co/s6wwC3SpOJ to include the content from the original Encryptr page so you'll have all the info on the help center article.
@alttalent Very sorry that you didn't know. The servers will be back on this weekend so you can connect and export your data. Please see https://t.co/mMA6nINbEm for more details.
Reminder: Tomorrow is March 4th, the day the Encryptr service is shut down. Please make sure you visit https://t.co/YIumkw0FTC to find a migration path to a new password manager!
@Joro_Kr@owieole @watchspoon @velobetty There isn't a mechanism in the app to send notifications. (and accounts are created with usernames, no emails.) We've tried very hard to notify users using other methods, but obviously it hasn't worked out well. The server will be back on this weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
@aldoyletweets @watchspoon It will be back up this weekend (3/20-3/22) again. Please make sure you connect and get your data off. See https://t.co/mMA6nINbEm for details.
@ohheyitsrainy @jbenua Yes, it shouldn’t take that long. Sorry for the trouble you’re having. We saw anywhere from 2-15 minutes in our testing. It just depended on the size of the database.
