Aniimo drops in ~24h. It’s the free Pokémon-like… and it’s not a gacha. Tips so you don’t start wrong: 1. Take it slow. Explore zone by zone. Use what you like. No “correct” way to play. 2. Read the quests. Extra evos, areas, and NPC talks often need a specific Aniimo, the same evo line, or a set order. Skip the text and you’ll get stuck. 3. Ambers are a real priority. Collect them by map section. They boost shiny/sparkle rates, and at 65 you can change weather and region that’s how you get storm-only / rain-only spawns. 4. Clear one region at a time (1 → 2 → 3). Day 1: one zone. The map is huge; if you run everywhere, it gets messy fast. 5. Don’t lock onto one Aniimo. Try a few. If it isn’t clicking, you can release it and get some materials back. “Best” doesn’t matter early. 6. Perfect / Elite is late game. Don’t chase it day 1. If you dump levels, points, skills, and items, do it on a Perfected one. 7. Homeland is worth it. Not just cute. It gives combat/shiny bonuses and resources. Aniimo have jobs (mine, plant, haul, etc.). Sort it early or the inventory becomes hell. 8. Do Alphas + spend energy daily. That almost clears the easy currency dailies. Alphas look bigger; perfect stats are still luck. Good capture pods are limited — don’t waste them. 9. Eggs matter later, not day 1. You’ll find them in the open world. Breeding/combining for Perfects is a later system. 10. Research raises potential. Catch, battle, photos, evos, hidden tasks. That’s how you push traits/stats. 11. Team comps can wait. Early on, play favorites. The game isn’t that hard solo. 12. Think vertically. Some eggs/nests aren’t reachable from below. Climb, fly, change the angle. Weather + zone = spawn.
