@FedExCanadaHelp We're all (including you handling this Twitter acct) treated as disposable tools, selling ourselves to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. I don't blame the driver for being lazy, I blame Co policy for making them cut corners. Correct the policy not the staff
@FedExCanada how is placing a prefilled "sorry we missed you " note on a door without even knocking and then providing the wrong pickup location considered a delivery attempt? Are you paying drivers by how many packages are returned at the end of their run?
@FedExCanadaHelp Properly paying and respecting staff breeds loyalty in them. Treat them better and they will work harder.... Thank you for your interest in correcting the issue, but I will not let someone @ the bottom suffer for a failing @ the top. W/ $70b in profit, the Corp can do better.
@FedExCanadaHelp I would rather not get an underpaid worker reprimanded as a result of a hostile policy by company HQ that makes it safer to cut corners than complete a task. Also, this is an ongoing issue, going back 18mos at least, and I no longer have the tracking #s for the last 2x
@FedExCanada@FedExCanadaHelp This isn't the 1st time, or just 1 driver, it is clearly a bigger, systemic issue. If you're drivers are afraid to actually do their job because it takes too long, and out of date tags are being used 18mo after the address changed, this is a company failure.
@BransfieldRob You got the CPC down, but the Liberal party chooses a leader based on how they look on camera.... effective for winning elections, not for helping Canadians keep a full belly or a roof over their heads. Never trust a politician further than you can throw them....
@TastingHistory1 at some point will you be making it to Vancouver (the Canadian one)? I would love to see you in person, extol the glee I feel at every video you post, and with a little bit of luck, even get my book signed!
