@rabihmgeha @DxRxEdu 1. Why? Maybe because HyperCA is known to inhibit Na/K/Cl and calcium reabsorption in the loop (like lasix), and prevents ADH receptor expression on the collecting tubules (causing a Nephrogenic DI), which would actually cause a hypo and hypernatremia effect.
