I've done a metric load of testing and every time you craft a weapon this "seed" for your weapon rolls progresses. Also Element and Raw weapons always have different "seeds" but both progress if any weapon is crafted.

Fighting "Slow" with "Slow"
Maybe SMG-Type? Shooting Icicles?
Hitting hard spots breaks the ice creating slowing cold mist.
Soft spots for well... damage?

Downside : If you slow yourself you lose stamina, slow reload, low damage?

After the most recent Update in which the "Armor value's now function as intended".
While wearing Full Heavy Armor with Limb Health Booster, Scavanger bugs can 2 shot you... sometimes they do 15%, sometimes 55% of my health. My guess: 1 swing, multiple hits?

@Kenjg68 @SWTOR It means the other Servers that are not being moved to the cloud right now, could go offline and online multiple times while the "Leviathan" Server is being moved.
Basically wait for the maintenance for finish and all is good.

@Bainite14 I hate how this is actually accurate, since the Sunbreak Zinogre is trying his hardest to get away from the Hunter and use his Ranged Attacks AND keeps running like a rabbit in heat through you after jumping back. He got so annoying it's not funny anymore
