@Hertz Rented a Tesla @Hertz as a “Gold Member". Took car out at 73% charge. Went to charge it the next day and it was missing the adapter to plug it in, so had to return it with only 11%. Hertz still charged $35 to 'refill' the car-even though it was only 3/4 full to begin with (1of2)
