@Delta been trying to contact u since Wed.I was on hold for hour on Wed, was d/c. Thurs, called between meetings -was on hold 45 minutes & 35 minutes. On Fri, on hold for 2 hours before gettkng off b/c work. On Sat wait time 9 hours and well, that’s no. Here I sit, waiting again.

One year ago today, we won our primary.

A few weeks earlier, a mailer sent to homes across St. Louis smeared and shamed me for being evicted. But I kept on, because there is no shame in struggle.

Today, that struggle is helping keep 11 million people in their homes.

While engulfed in fear and sorrow, let us not forget to honor the life of a remarkable woman. She was a pioneer, a glass breaker; she was intelligent and full of compassion. She fought for us until her dying day.
