Loss comes in waves.
The first wave can be a tsunami that crushes you deep under.
Have trust in the turbulence because with time you will rise up out to the surface, but another wave is coming and you will probably not be ready.
How you become ready is by becoming the Rider (riders of the storm ifykโ๏ธ).
The Rider becomes ready when good thoughts of the loss counter the negative heavy thoughts. Itโs a balancing act that takes time to learn.
Now the waves of loss will keep crashing into you but you are now a Rider and can handle it.
Friends/Family/Strangers can help you ride those waves much quicker than on your own.
I hope this can help someone else in the family tree.

Ohh and also, while going through loss you will be facing physical turbulence, such as loss of appetite, sleep deprivation , bloating, cortisol spikes, chills, panic attacks, shakes, etc.
And again members of the family tree and good nutritional sustenance will mitigate the physical trauma.
Yes, itโs scary and Yes, itโs beautiful.
Be strong Riders ๐โโ๏ธ
Missed the edit window to add that there are mental and emotional turbulences as well, in the form of images flashing the third eye with horrific visuals and emotions that take your breath.
One breath at a time.
@don_lefleur IMO, why I think the Plandemic = Avengers Endgame
Thanos ๐ฟ deletes half the life in the universe.
IMO, the Plandemic was aimed to reduce half the Earthโs denizen.

@don_lefleur Plandemic = Avengers: Endgame.
Life imitates Art and Art imitates Life, which means, Life is Art and Art is Life. All praises due to the Almighty Artist.
I could swear I just got cutoff by Lionel Messi on the NJTPK near the exit to MetLife!
You know how when you get cutoff then you pull up next to them and you both look at each other. Well thatโs exactly what happened. #fifa#worldcup2026#nj#messi
