@qatarairways@qrsupport So after losing our bags for 7 days we were told to ask on our return for a flight upgrade by the flight crew and main desk. Absolutely nothing and a particularly rude check in desk operator has made this trip with Qatar the worst ever. 👎🏻

@qatarairways Still no response or luggage from Qatar airways regarding our missing luggage. Family of 4 with no clothes, sunscreen or medication etc. by far the worst customer service we’ve ever known. #qatar
